1. Fixed an issue where the timer would stop working for all players when a new player joined the server during their authorization or registration.
2. Fixed an issue where all boss bars for players were removed after a player logged in or registered. Now, all boss bars will only be removed upon plugin disconnection or reload.

1. All messages have been removed from the config and transferred to localization files.
2. Fixed errors with the UnregisterByAdminEvent and UnregisterByPlayerEvent calls.
