This is the exact plugin I was looking for! Working in 1.21.1
I've had a few hiccups and it could be at fault of the plugin or that I'm using it in 1.21.1.

Request: Hex support!? &#HEX[Text] would be huge!

Complaint: It seemed when making a message that has a link I NEEDED to have a sound tied to it for it to work.
This isn't awful however the sounds that play from this plugin seem to be extremely loud. The default slime jump gave me many jump scares. The quietest one I found was BLOCK_GRASS_STEP

Tl:Dr, Works in 1.21.1, No Hex support, annoying sound feature/bug.

The plugin works great and the dev adds ideas pretty quickly. The options are ever growing and can't wait to see what comes of this plugin.

Since I started using this plugin, my life has changed, and the players on my server are incredibly happy. I didn't expect that so much could be achieved from a library like Bukkit. I am extremely satisfied that people like the creator of this plugin live on the same planet as I do.

I checked 5 times to make sure it didn't work! Command at a given time.

I even installed my own watch belt and it still doesn’t work.
