Changed the GUI a tiny bit

Your gonna have to remove all items from your config manually this update. or big errors ensue

This update adds NBT support. so, yea. Please report any bugs on the discord found on the main page, and ill be polishing this up a bit soon.

Fixed a major bug accidentally released in the previous version.

- /safecheck check command | Checks items so they won't be flagged by the plugin.
- Added safecheck.admin permission wich gives all permissions.
