Limit a player's ability to PvP, PvE, Use Items, Place Blocks and more when they are flying- Updated to 1.18
- Added option to stop players from picking up items whilst in SafeFly mode

Added option to disable worlds so when a player types /sfly in that world they can not use it.

Added Tab Completer for /SafeFlyTimer command so its easier to use
Added /SafeFlyTimer [Time In Seconds] [Player] - Puts a player in SafeFly mode for a certain amount of time

Added option to disable placing blocks and breaking blocks, Added flint and steel and lava bucket to default disabled items.
