fixed the bug that killed gem holders drop 2 gems
NOTE: Please back up rulegems.yml, config.yml, and the local folder. The new version renamed the local folder to "lang", and renamed rulegems.yml to data.yml. Configurations of gems are now in the folder "gems". You may need to copy and paste the configuration of gems from the old config.yml to gems/gems.yml and copy and paste the content of rulegems.yml to data.yml.
