Simple plugin that can make your username in chat colored as you want.
Command:

/setcolor #030303 (hex code you can find over [here])

All players can use this command.

This plugin also update color of your username in Tab screen.
And adding simple information as online counter to the tab screen, and current Moscow Time.

I can add simple support for English language in a future.
