The plugin has been re-compiled against the latest 1.18.1 JAR

Fixed missing message when trying a location.

There was a missing 'else' when a non-player tried to use the rtp command, nothing would happen. Now it notifies them that they must be a player (with corresponding message in the config)

Added a simple "/rtp reload" command to load new config values
