[UPDATE] Adds force world option & fixes cords in chat

[ +] Added ability to force a world to be rtp-ed to

[ >] This will not be enabled if using the auto updater to maintin current funtionality for those who want it

Fixed:

[ +] Fixed the message in chat to now display the correct cords of the new location and not the cords of the previouse.

[UPDATE] Adds world blacklist and update notifier

You can now blacklist worlds! Please reset your config or add the following:

Code (YAML):

msgBlacklistedWorld : "&cYou cannot rtp in this world."
BlacklistedWorlds :
- worldname

Also if you would like to disable the on join update message disallow "rtpme.notifyupdate" as it is sent to anyone who has it (ops).
