/tpbow give - gives u the tpbow
/tpbow reload - reloads config.yml
tpbowonjoin - Gives you the bow when you join




tpbow.spawnbow- Allows you to use /tpbow give
tpbow.reload - Allows you to use /tpbow reload
tpbow.teleport - Allows you to teleport once you shoot with the teleport bow
