- Added '/rpgdrop' command and subcommands '/rpgdrop reload' and '/rpgdrop clear'. Permission for command is added in documentation.
Use /rpgdrop reload to reload plugin's config. Use /rpgdrop clear to clear protection from all items on your server.
- Added 3 more settings in config, responsible for messages sent to command sender in 3 cases. They are included in default config in documentation.

DON'T FORGET TO ADD THEM IN YOUR CONFIG.
