How to Use

1. /roulette place
   Sets up the roulette wheel at your current location.
   Only works once — delete the config to reset.
   
   
2. /roulette start
   Starts the roulette if it's already set up.
   

All messages can be customized in lang.yml.
Location data is saved automatically.
