Commands:

• /lesign (Permission: rotator.signer)

Usage:

Left click Spinner to rotate it. Right click it to disable.
Shift + Left click to rotate it the other way.
Left click to select a spinner while on signer mode.

Type a # to set it's RPM
Type mode to change mode.
Type any Sound enum to set sound.
Type any Effect enum to set effect.
Type any Particle enum to set particle.

For Entities:
Type y# to change the amount of yawChange. (ex: y15)
