Fixed error with Paper spigot builds throwing errors on launch due to different java-version the plugin was compiled with

This should allow for the delete tool to work in survival. I've added right-click delete to the tool.

Latest update of the plugin. I rewrote this plugin from the ground up over today, so it may be rough around the edges. Please let me know if there's any oddities. In this light, the way the plugin works may be different to the original way.
