Se encontró un problema que hacía que los usuarios al ocupar el comando WSP, el que recibía el mensaje, no viera quien le había enviado este mensaje privado, ya ha sido solucionado:

Se encontro un problema con la 1.19, esta nueva versión ya deberia de dar solución a ese problema.

Tambien se modifico la config.yml que se genera por defecto ya que habia un problema el cual en la sección de permisos en vez de decir "ENT" salia "RMT", lo que causaba error.

Te recomendamos borrar la config.yml y que se genere automaticamente nuevamente.
