Hey!

If your server still needs a plugin, where you can link your social media (e.g. Discord) to your Minecraft Server then this is the Plugin you have been searching for.

There are no permissions and the following commends can be used: Server-IP, Discord, Website, Teamspeak, YouTube, Twitch. If you don't want a commend to be active just type false in the config and edit the "not_activated" message to display another message instead.
