I changed the Api Version to 1.17. now it should work with spigot 1.17

Reworked Output-Methode and Break-Methode.
Dont use breakNaturally() anymore, now the output is realy - 1 seed / Carrot/Potatoes/ Nether Warts / cocoa beans.

I finally had time to add Fortune Support; It should work if you find a bug report it to me thx;

Planned:
-Add a config, where you can disable RightClick for crop;
-Add option to deactivate fortune entchant bonus;
-Rework Ouput mechanism, there is code which is never used :ShockedPikatchu:

Removed unnecessary references and removed debug System.out.print stuff

You can now havrest Cocoa Beans when you have an axe in the main hand equipped
