Adds an option in config (sendRideMessage), to allow the server owner(s)/admin(s) to disable the "Enjoy your ride!" message that is sent after a player mounts a mob. It is enabled by default!

Added a bypass permission (rider.bypass_saddle) to allow players with that permission to bypass the saddle requirement if saddles are required in the config!
