All plugin fully reworked and optimized.

- Changed the players.yml to config.yml
- Added kick-at-6-alt
- Addded kick-message
- Added IPblock (it will block an ip if reaches the 6 account)
- Added IPblock kick-message
- IPblocked on users:
false: won't ipblock you (but if the user reaches the 6 acc and IPblock on config is true it will block automatically)
true: ip is blocked
disaled: this will won't block the ip if the user reaches the 6 acc, for family accounts

- Now you can see the ip of targeted player even if is offline
- Now you can see the alts of targeted player even if is offline
- Removed two commands: /alts ipport and /alts ipport <player>
