Just readjust the break blocks:
if the block is marked will be brake but will not drop any item
if the block is a: Chest ,Dropper or dispenser ,items marked from chest disappear only non-marked items will drop.

Add a permission to bypass rename of block, if block itsn`t rename will be like a normal block. ( restrictcreative.bypass.rename )
