Automatically reload the server whenever you add or modify a plugin!New Features:

- An error throwing when you first try to restart the server and there is not last reload date
- Reloading the server now uses Bukkit.getServer().reload() instead of running the command

- You can blacklist plugins that will be detected for a reload/restart
- You can whitelist plugins that will be detected for a reload/restart
- You can now enable/disable individual plugins (/restartchecker <enable/disable> *plugin_name*)
- You can see a list of the plugins that are installed (/restartchecker plugins)
- Fixed the update checker
- Edited the message sent when the server reloads
- Added a permission for '/restartchecker reload' (restartchecker.reload)
New Features:
- Added a version checker to check for new versions of this plugin
- /restart checker: Tells you general information about what the plugin has done/doing
- Checking for a jar file being deleted (You cannot delete a jar file while the server is running)
- Fixed some small bugs and errors
