A plugin that allows you to force players to apply a resource pack on a server.ResourcePackTools
Force players to apply a resource pack.
How to use
Set the URL value in the config.yml to a direct download link for your resource pack.
When a player joins, they will be asked to apply the resource pack.
If they refuse to apply it, they will be kicked.
You can set the plugin messages on the lang.yml file
