Add several new report commands to your server, allowing for staff and players to make a better experience for everyone!

Commands:
- /report [player] [text]: Reports the player; is able to be seen on /getreports and /reportlist

- /reportlist: Sends the top 10 latest reports; all reports, not for a specific player. It can be changed from 10 in the options at the top ( {@reportlistamount} )

- /getreports [player]: Sends the top 10 latest reports for the specified player. It can be changed from 10 in the options at the top ( {@reportlistamount} )

- /clearreports [player]: Clears the specified player's reports. The reports are removed from /getreports and /reportlist.

- /reportreward [player]: Gives the specified player the report reward. If they are offline during when the command is run, it will be given on join. The reward can be changed in options ( {@reward } ), and can be disabled ( {@enablereward} )
