Oh sorry for such a long delay
The plugin has been supporting the new version of the game for a long time, but I have added some new features and they are not yet fully finalized.

What has been added and bugs will be fixed soon:
Blacklist - these regions will not be displayed in the ActionBar (BossBar not yet implemented)
hideNotRegion - hide the NOT_REGION inscription
regionNames - Replace regions with their name. (It doesn't seem to work yet, test it) (Format: (spawn:'&2SpawnRespawn'))
BarAPI is now needed only on version 1.8

And also support for 1.16. Ehu!
