That's right, now you can split your filter config into multiple files, use the new
include directive to add other files!
I even made sure that it will work on non-POSIX-like systems as well!

- the refactor turned out to be smaller than expected
- the alert-group and alert-text tags are now deprecated (but do work), use notify-group and notify-text in their stead
- notifications get sent to the console as well
- fixed some errors in the default config, the biggest being the use of no-capture groups around shortcodes instead of positive lookbehind/aheads
