This plugin allows you to restart any other plugin on the server! It is useful if you keep updating your plugin but don't want to restart the whole server.
Usage:
/refreshPlugin [pluginName]
pluginName IS case-sensitive and is the name of the plugin you would like to reload. Plugins that are already disabled (in red on the /plugins menu) will NOT be restarted.
Permission:
/refreshPlugin needs the permission 'refreshPlugin' to work!
