RefPlugin - Player Referral System (1.19+)

Description: RefPlugin is a powerful player referral system designed to enhance your server's community engagement. With RefPlugin, players can refer their friends and earn rewards, creating a fun and rewarding experience for everyone.

Features:

1. Player Referral Codes: Each player is assigned a unique referral code that they can share with their friends. The code can be easily accessed in-game using the "/referralcode" command.
2. Referral Fusion: Players can enter another player's referral code using the "/referralfuse <code>" command to connect their accounts. Both the referrer and the referred player receive rewards.
3. Referral Points: Earn referral points for every successful referral. Check your referral points using the "/referralcheck" command and see how you rank among your friends.
4. Admin Management: Administrators can use the "/referraladmincheck <player>" command to check a player's referral points, allowing for easy monitoring and administration.
5. Persistence: Player data is saved across server restarts, ensuring that referral codes, referral connections, and referral points remain intact.

Instructions:

1. Use the "/referralcode" command to view your unique referral code.
2. Share your referral code with your friends and invite them to join the server.
3. Your friends should use the "/referralfuse <code>" command with your referral code to link their accounts and receive rewards.
4. Earn referral points for each successful referral and keep track of your progress using the "/referralcheck" command.
5. Administrators can use the "/referraladmincheck <player>" command to check a player's referral points.
