Various small changes:

Reddit account authentication is now case insensitive!
verbose config option now removes "Running verifier" log messages.
The auth message to send reddit bot now auto-fills!
OP flair ID is now optional in config via the ops-enabled config option (if ops-enabled is set to false in singlegroups or multiplegroups, the flair is still computed)
