The first Rebootly release is finally ready. The basics are up and running.

Here are some issues fixed from the previous release candidate:

- Fixed phone notification API keys not being read.
- Fixed timed messages not being sent when using the timer with seconds.
- Fixed timed commands not being ran when using the timer with seconds.
