Simplified weather api code, and made it a little more efficient.

Fixed unhandled task on Disabling plugin.

From now on you can enable / disable weather syncronization if you don't need it, or don't want to register an account.

Some error codes fixed, when api couldn't get weather data.

-Daylight cycle fixed
-Clock time text fixed

In this update i added a config file, where you can enable or disable this plugin, set your timezone, and to add your tomorrow.io API key!

To get your tomorrow.io api key, you need to register a free account on their website,

tomorrow.io

After you made the account go to their homepage

Home page

and in the top left corner you'll see your api key that you need to add in the config file.
