Relightable torches

• You are now able to relight the torches via 2 modes:
↳ Rightclick with flint and steel on a burnt torch ⇢ this damages the tool by a random value between 5 and 15.
↳ Rightclick with a fire charge on a burnt torch ⇢ this will consume 1 fire charge.
Note: You have to be in the custom torch mode for this to work
