RankupSystem lets players to Rank up from one rankto another, only if you have the required money. Ranking up can give players rewards such as amazing items (Permissions or others in the future).
RankupSystem requires Vault and an economy plugin to work, (a permission one in the future) and if you wish you can use PlaceholderAPI with it.
Features it includes:

- a GUI for /rank (This GUI is in beta mode)
