I don't even know where to start to explain how useless and poorly coded this resource is.
By itself, its does nothing.
Based on the code, I believe you need a plugin which has the command "/pr createrank", whatever the heck that is.

Not to mention, if you had whatever plugin this is, the player could name a piece of paper in an anvil, and then create/give themselves this rank thing.

This kind of resource just shows me that this dev:
a) has no clue how to actual develop using Skript
b) is either looking for attention or just wants to have a resource (no matter how bad) on SpigotMC

First, who the hell uses PowerRanks.

Second, this is a named paper. The amount of security risks that come with not having NBT is insane.
