Permissions
randomtp.bypass.cooldown - Allows bypassing the cooldown between teleports. (Default set to op)
randomtp.reload - Allows the use of the /reload command. (Default set to op)
randomtp.rtp.use - Allows the use of the /rtp command. (Default set to everyone)
Commands
/rtp - Teleports to a random location on the map.
/rtp.reload - Reloads the plugin.
