Allow your player to teleport randomly on worlds. Configurable cooldown, max and min distances, messages!

Commands:
- /randomtp | View your own ping,
- /randomtp <user> | View the ping of <user>,
- /ping reload | Reload the configuration file.
> Permissions
Permissions:
- rtp.rtp | Ability to use random teleportation
- rtp.ignoreCooldowns | Ability to ignore cooldowns
