The config contains two changeable variables:
mode: Changes the mode
true = If you want all blocks being random and it doesn't matter what block you place
false = If you want each block to get a completeley random block when place that stays the same
active: If it is true than it will have the plugin be automatically turned on when you start server

There are two commands that have permissions:
rbptoggle: randomblockplace.rbptoggle
rbpswitch: randomblockplace.rbpswitch
