RainOuT is a plugin that allows players to control the weather on their Minecraft server. It includes the following commands:

• /stoprain: This command stops the rain on the server. Any player can use it by typing "/stoprain" in the chat.
  
  
• /passday: This command passes one day on the server. Any player can use it by typing "/passday" in the chat.
  
  
• /passnight: This command passes one night on the server. Any player can use it by typing "/passnight" in the chat.

All of these commands are very simple to use - just type the command into the chat and press enter!

Each of these commands also has a corresponding permission that can be used to control which players are allowed to use the command. The permissions are:

• weathercontrol.stoprain: Allows a player to use the /stoprain command.
• weathercontrol.passday: Allows a player to use the /passday command.
• weathercontrol.passnight: Allows a player to use the /passnight command.

By default, all players are allowed to use these commands. However, if you want to restrict access to certain players, you can use these permissions to grant or revoke access to the commands.
