+ Added the ability to choose from
any Material as conditions, rather than just water and lava. If you ever wanted a race allergic to grass, you now have the ability to make one.
+ Added Resistances and Vulnerabilities
+ Basically just take less or more damage
+ Somewhat limited right now
+ Added the ability to choose not only head or legs, but feet, as a condition location
+ Spectre now has 20%+1 resistance to the primary physical damages
+ Spectre now takes double damage from energy attacks
This is not excensively tested, not is it either of the many-year-old requests from when I first made this, but it is still a thing. Please report any bugs you find, especially with the new features.

Added NOTHOT_BIOME and NOTCOLD_BIOME as possible conditions
Added Threshold control for hot/cold/bright/dark
Added BRIGHT, NOTBRIGHT, DARK, and NOTDARK as valid environmental damage triggers, for any of your vampire or lightborn needs
Fixed a bug where changing races wouldn't remove potion effects, letting you get permanent night vision or blindness by becoming a race with that effect then becoming any race without it
Hey. It's been a long time. Over 5 years, in fact. I still haven't actually added any new features, if you exclude the thresholds thing. I decided to just get it working for a server I'm playing on for the first time in over 5 years, which happens to be on 1.16.5, first.
I still remember that I was asked to add race alliances + leaders, and that I was asked to make it so you can grant permissions to individual races. I might still eventually add those. Not right now. This is simply an update to get it working.
I have not tested this on a large server, and the server I want to add it to is very small, so I'm unsure if anything breaks on larger servers. It
shouldn't, but who knows.
