QPunishments v0.1A-2 changelog:
+ Added SQLite support (further setup is required because of BungeeCord.)
+ Added general-command-blocker (Network-wide, spigot, and proxy alike)
- Removed debug messages
* Fixed permanent punishments detecting numbers in reasons and considering as timestamp
* Fixed caching and now will correctly check if the player is muted, unmuted, or never been punished at all.

From now on, messages will be listed here: https://pastebin.com/gSFFBP24 as well.
Note: A config reset is required to avoid errors.
In order to avoid a messages file reset, please add a "general_command_blocked" key to your messages file.
