I think the issue you might be facing is that a different plugin is auto-updating your existing PlayerWarps (which is a different plugin than this one!), and replaces it by PWarp (this plugin) which has less functionalities than PlayerWarps (by Olzie). My plugin does not auto-update, neither does it claim this on the Spigot page. If you want any technical support, feel free to join the discord server, which can be found on this Spigot page or on my profile. Hopefully, you got it working again ^^.! If not, please reach out :)

If you need help configuring the plugin I recommend joining my discord :). The use of this command is /pw setlimit for a default limit and pw.otherlimit.x (x being a number) overwrites the default limit for a player. pwarp.setlimit is just the permission for the command to set a default limit. Thanks for the good review, I always like criticism, makes me able to improve my plugins. I'm currently working on fixing the config. Detecting player skulls would be a cool addition (I'll think about adding that). If you say title do you mean like the warp name on-screen or?
There'll be an update in a month or so because I am very busy at the moment, but the plugin is definitely not inactive! :)
