This plugin works fine.. But I dont want to use english on a german server. Please add an option to let us edit the "Invalid Command Syntax" line, too. Then I will give 5 stars. Well done work.

This tickets plugin is amazing. I have been using it on my server for a few months now, and it has helped my staff team help players. The discord integration is great, and the developer is very helpful and easy to work with! 10/10 would recommend!

Plugin doesn`t have reload function, plus i don`t understand how to answer on ticket, I can only close and note, but where this note can see other player? Discord integration is good, but for full functionality i need instrument for answer in discord without join the server. thanks

No, it doesn't have a reload function. No one has asked for one before and I don't have the time to maintain pointless functions. There's not a lot of configuration to do so I don't see why you'd need to reload constantly.

The ticket commands are on the wiki, as for "answering" a ticket I'm not sure what you mean, after picking a ticket you can message the player like normal or add a note to the ticket.

You don't have to join the Discord, you can ask questions on the discussion forum, which is a part of Spigot.

It's a free plugin so I'm not sure what more support you expect.
Please don't use reviews as a way to ask for features, it's not what they're for.

It's so easy to use, and the bot so helpfull to get the ticket when logged out of the server. Config and commands works like a charm. Thanks so much on making the staff work on our server so much easier. o/

This is the best ticket plugin out there, to date! I've used many ticket/reporting plugins from Spigot before, they've either lacked features, been waaaay to convoluted for what they offer, or just performed terribly.

PureTickets is incredibly easy to set up (from both the Minecraft and Discord aspect), run's perfectly so far, the developer is really active and open to (reasonable) suggestions. Best part is, it's simple for players to use, and communicate their issues in the correct way.

PureTickets is a great plugin to create a ticket system across a bungee! The plugin had a few problems with MySQL when I first installed it, but the dev got back to me about the problems in a matter of seconds and fixed them a few minutes later. It's very advanced compared to other plugins like ModReq, and I'd highly recommend it if you're looking for an advanced ticket system or just a basic one for a bungee. The long list of permissions means that you're able to simplify the plugin for users and staff if you'd like to.

While at the beginning it was 'just another ticket plugin', with just basic functionallity, the shear dedication and ability to listen to feedback of the developer has allowed the plugin to grow way past that.

I'm glad that someone released an open source ticket plugin of this quality and continually improve it! This plugin definitely has a bright future!

I like the plugin as it's simple to use and all text is translatable.
Although I don't like the commands being used, for example, "done" for "done marked" (instead of resolved) and "pick" for assigning or "yield" for unassigning.
I'm prepared to change my rating to 5 stars if the plugin gets variable commands so we can change/translate it to our liking.

This is a great plugin, Dev is also extremely helpful, and will work to fix any bugs as soon as he can, also is very open to suggestions, I asked if the plugin could be made to support multiple tickets and he was said that's a great idea and got to work on the idea

I have tested the plugins for a while, I wasnt pleased in the begining, I contaced the developer gave him a few ideas, oner day later he come with the nicest attitude and like "fix it" :) This is right now, my absolute favorutie plugins, not only for the plugin, becasue the developer is very nice person and will absolutley help if you need it! You gain 5 stars... too bad... I wanted to give him 10 stars :)

Fantastic ticket plugin, so much better than the previous ticketing system I used on my server. Does exactly what it says it does and everything is ridiculously easy to configure. Please continue to update this resource as it is incredibly valuable and necessary for community based servers. <3
