Various little tweaks and bug fixes / text errors.

Hey all, hope you're enjoying the PureTpa Plugin! This update we fixes a few bugs, and added a new "No Perm" feature in the config.

No Perm Feature
I've noticed some people using the plugin have not yet learned how "Permissions" work in Minecraft Servers. I encourage you to learn, but if you can't be bothered, please do the following to turn permissions OFF once you've installed the plugin.
1. Go to PureTpa Folder in your plugins folder.
2. Open Config.yml
3. Set "Use-Perms" to False
4. Run /tpareload or restart server

Bug Fixes
- Some placeholders were throwing an error. Fixed!
