Pure Local Chat is a local chat plugin that is compatible with many other chat plugins, as well as providing configurable distances. The plugin is also considerably smaller, faster, and much more lightweight than other plugins of similar nature.

The default distance is 100 blocks, however it's easily changed in the config.yml of the plugin.
