You just have to put ProxyMod.jar into BungeeCord Server Plugin and in all your Spigot Server Plugin.

To use command the permission is : proxymod.moderator
Add this permission in bungeecord config.yml and with your spigot permission plugin.

You can change language in bungeeconfig.yml & config.yml
