Update the download URL so that it downloads the file straight away rather than taking you to github

I have reworked the entire plugin to allow for expandability. This plugin will soon be available for Velocity as well.

Currently Bungeecord is the only supported version

This fix includes a patch for a known bug where the category ID would not be accepted unless it was wrapped in quotations.
