Fixed bugs, changed the config stucture, improved the API and added a broadcast command on the Bukkit and Bungee side.

Vastly improved the API to be much more powerful and useful to create plugins with.

Major rewrite, adding support for groups of servers, regex string replacement, and an event system to hook into to modify or cancel external chat events.

This update should hopefully fix the problem of chat formats not showing correctly on other servers.
