ProQuests Updates:

• Added a new "decrement_silk_touch" toggle where if true anytime a block is broken during a quest with a silk touch enchanted tool the block will be subtracted rather than added. This is compatible with the required blocks as well.
• Fixes some issues for toggle items in the creator menus causing the menus to glitch out after being clicked. This specifically applies to the obtain, and delivery quests "take_items".
