This a minor update to add anything i've added but not released with version 3. Version 4 will be out soon and I am just making people aware. I expect it out in a week or less but no more than 2 weeks.

Adds some small fixes with LuckPerms (I do not believe you should use group tracks in LP if you are using this plugin) use permissions to set the hierarchy. There will be a better way in version 4 very soon.

Add command processing properly to the promotions

Kills and tokens are still disabled as this is a hotfix and not another big update I am planning.

Timing format is different, please update to new system after testing it separately.

Most promotion types are still present but token promotion is temporarily disabled while it is reworked due to lack of use by the community.

Kill promotion is also disabled temporarily but will be added very soon. You can add your own promotions to PE simply by doing this:

new Promotion(player, rank)

Time promotion (while playing) is fixed. I have hard disabled count offline for a couple days while it undergoes some more work to make sure that it doesn't break at all. Just quality assurance but it wasn't very popular anyway.

You can now use time promote to award your players for playing.

(You will need to reset your times files. Backup your time files to manually change to the new format.)

Added metrics to the plugin so I can better develop for my user base and I fixed a big when players used /rank without a sub command.

This update forces global promotions for plugins that prioritized per world groups over global groups.

Update immediately if your ranks were not getting promoted globally!

Changes to time promotions number format to prevent errors with much larger total times (month+). (int -> long)

Fixed a bug where players total time wasn't saved properly after a disconnect.

I have re-added timed promotions and it is better than it ever was before and extremely easy to configure! Unlimited ranks can be added to timed promotions.

PromotionEssentials has been COMPLETELY re-written from scratch. It now supports ALL permissions plugins that use vault.

1. Completely improved commands and permissions.
2. Completely improved config.
3. Completely new data control.
4. All promotion types (besides timed promotion, more explanation at bottom) still in the plugin.
5. Kill promotions added.

Timed promote will be readded in the next update. It was the least popular feature with the most resource usage and so I am making sure it is completely revamped, working, and resource efficient before it is re-released. The disabling of timed promote is hard coded so ignore the config values. Thank you.
