The plugin will work without any config changes but if you want to use all new features you have to delete the PreventPortBypass folder and configure the plugin again.

You can now whitelist multiple IP-Addresses by splitting them with a ";".
Example:

1 IP Address:
ProxyAddress: 33.44.55.66
2+ IP Adresses:
ProxyAddress: 33.44.55.66;1.23.45.56;5.6.77.88
