bug fix on saving premium users

Added admin commands!
/apdrg --> to see help message
/apdrg reload --> reload configs
/apdrg remove [player] --> remove player from premium list
Permission to execute /apdrg --> premiumdomainrg.admin

UUID duplication on BungeeCord side is now fixed! (Tested with BungeePerms, if you find any other problem with other plugins pls contact me)
BugFix on login and now you can find all in only 1 file
