This plugin provides the capability to toggle redstone lamps and copper bulbs on and off with a simple right-click on the block, no redstone required. This is a lighter-weight remake of the PowerlessLamps plugin by iPyronic to provide the basic functionality to 1.21 and to copper bulbs.

Usage:
By default, any user with the lamp.toggle permission can toggle a redstone lamp or copper bulb on and off with an empty hand by right-clicking it. This can be adjusted in the config to not require permissions. Redstone Lamps, due to the nature of block updates in Minecraft, will turn off if a block is placed next to it and there is no power source.
